It is our strongest desire for our products to be the best solution for our Customer’s ambulatory needs. In the unlikely event our product(s) fails to meet expectations or do not meet your needs, you must request a return within 21 days of the original date of purchase. The product(s) must be shipped in their original packaging and condition to the Mobility Designed address below. Please note tracking is requested as part of the return process. Tracking must evidence the package was shipped no later than 5 business days from the issuance of the return authorization. If the package is not shipped within that allowed time, we reserve the right to withhold the applicable refund.
The Customer is responsible for shipping charges and accepts the risk of damage or loss during shipment. The product(s) must be in “new” condition – unused or altered in any way. A refund or exchange will not be issued until the product(s) is received and inspected. If the returned product(s) is not in “new” condition, Mobility Designed reserves the right to withhold the applicable refund for the returned product. The condition of the returned product(s) will be determined at the sole discretion of the company.
Any returned product(s) must contain a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice showing the price paid and the RA# provided by us upon approval of your return request. Returns are subject to an up to 20% restocking fee on the original selling price. Shipping is non refundable. If Mobility Designed issues a return shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the applicable refund.
