The M+D Crutch can accommodate users 4’ 11” to 6’ 8” or 1.50 m to 2.08 m
It is our strongest desire that our products are the best solution for our Customer’s ambulatory needs. In the unlikely event our product(s) fails to meet expectations or do not meet your needs, you must call Customer Service at 844-637-7837 within 14 days of the original date of purchase to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you receive your RA, the product(s) must be shipped in their original packaging and condition to the Mobility Designed address below within 14 days.
The Customer is responsible for shipping charges and accepts the risk of damage or loss during shipment. The product(s) must be in “new” condition – unused or altered in any way. A refund or exchange will not be issued until the product(s) is received and inspected. If the returned product(s) is not in “new” condition, it will be returned to you at your expense. The condition of the returned product(s) will be determined at the sole discretion of the company.
Any returned product(s) must contain a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice showing the price paid. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any returned product(s) shipped C.O.D. or without a RA clearly visible on the box, or in any other way shipped without complying with every requirement under our policy may be returned by Mobility Designed. Mobility Designed will not accept returns or exchanges with any altered or removed labeling information.

Mobility Designed is currently not a Medicare DMEPOS supplier and cannot submit a claim to Medicare on your behalf. Medicare beneficiaries may submit a claim to Medicare for the cost of the crutches but we cannot guarantee that Medicare will provide coverage for these services. Mobility Designed will provide you with the information you need to submit a claim to Medicare for reimbursement including a product invoice and information about the M+D Crutch. Mobility Designed cannot guarantee that reimbursement, if granted, will cover the full cost of the M+D Crutch.
Mobility Designed is not currently billing insurance companies for the purchase of the M+D Crutch. After purchasing the M+D Crutch, you may be able to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. Coverage will vary by health plan and we cannot guarantee that your health plan will provide coverage for these services.

Claim submission requirements will vary by health plan. We recommend contacting your health insurance plan via the customer service number on the back of your insurance card in order to understand the process and forms required.
The M+D Crutch is categorized as a forearm crutch and as such is coded as an E0110 (HCPCS Code) in the United States. Insurance codes for other coutries will vary.
The M+D Limited Warranty covers your M+D Crutch™ and M+D branded accessories against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you received your product. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law. Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. See the full warranty details here.
We do offer a rental program for our pairs of M+D crutches. Please read the rental program description. Before participating in our rental program, please be sure to review the terms of the program.
To rent the M+D Crutches, please be aware that you are expected to pay shipping to receive the crutches, as well as to return them. Rental crutches provided in this program are in good working condition, but are not new, and color is based on availability. Rental fees are non-refundable.
To return your crutches, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number and “rental return” in the email subject. Your subscription will not be cancelled until the rental crutches are shipped back to us.
If you have paid for four months of rental, you are welcome to keep the crutches and consider them purchased.
