IMPORTANT: Before starting the process, please be sure you are within the 14-day return window.

Login To Your Account

Visit mobilitydesigned.com/my-account/ and login with your email address and password. Then select “Orders” on your dashboard.

Complete The RMA Form

Find your order and click “Request Return” and complete the form.

Receive Your RMA Number

Mobility+Designed will evaluate your request. If the return request falls within the 14-day return period and the request reason is valid, the return process will be initiated by generating a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

You will receive an email once the request return is approved with your RMA number.

Package Your Return

Upon receipt of your RMA number, please package the product and return it using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging.

Also, please include a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice showing the price paid.

Add Shipping Number

After shipping your package, add the shipping number to your Return on your M+D Account.

Your Order Will Be Refunded

Once your shipment has been received, Mobility+Designed will confirm receipt of returned item via email. Your order (minus a 20% restocking fee) will be refunded once the shipment has been received by Mobility+Designed.

Yes, But I Don't Know My Username And/Or Password

Find Your Order Email

 

Go to your email and find the email you received from info@mobilitydesigned.com with your order confirmation. This will be the email you use to login to your M+D Account.

Login To Your Account

 

Visit the “My Account page on mobilitydesigned.com. Plug in your email address and if you forgot your password, click on “Lost your password?” next to the “LOG IN” button.

Reset Your Password

 

After submitting a request to reset your password, you should get an email from mobilitydesigned.com to reset your password.

 

Please follow the steps on your screen to reset your password.

Login To Your Account With Your New Password

 

Now, login to your M+D account with your email address and new password.

Now that you have a Mobility+Designed account, Please scroll back to the top and choose “Yes, And I Know My Username And Password” and follow the steps to start the Product Return Process.

M+D Creates Your Account

Mobility+Designed will create an account for you and associate your order with the account.

Receive Email & Set Password

Mobility+Designed will send you an email stating your new account was made. There will be a “click here” button to set your password for your account. Please click that and create a password.

Login To Your Account

Go to “My Account” and login with your email address you used to purchase your product and the new password you just created.

Now that you have a Mobility+Designed account, Please scroll back to the top and choose “Yes, And I Know My Username And Password” and follow the steps to start the Product Return Process.
