STILL WANT TO RETURN?
Please review the steps below to find out how our Product Return Process works.
To review the return policy, click here.
Visit mobilitydesigned.com/my-account/ and login with your email address and password. From your account dashboard, click “Orders” to display all of your previous orders with Mobility+Designed.
Those orders that are eligible for a return will display a “Request Return” button.
If your order qualifies for a return, click the “Request Return” button to initiate the process.
Upon receipt of your return request, Mobility+Designed will evaluate your submission. If the return request falls within the 30-day return period and the request reason is valid, the return process will be initiated and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be generated.
You will receive an email once the request return is approved with your RMA number.
Upon receipt of your RMA number, please package the product and return it using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging.

NOTE: In your return package, please include a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice showing the price paid.
After shipping your package, return to your M+D Account dashaboard and add the shipping number to your Return on your M+D Account.
Once your shipment has been received, Mobility+Designed will confirm receipt of returned item via email. Your order (subject to a 20% restocking fee) will be refunded once the shipment has been received by Mobility+Designed.
Note: Please be aware that shipping is non-refundable.
Within your email, find the email you received from info@mobilitydesigned.com with your order confirmation.
This will be the email you use to login to your M+D Account.
Visit the “My Account“ page on mobilitydesigned.com. Type your email address and if cannot remember your password, click on “Lost your password?” next to the “LOG IN” button.
After submitting a request to reset your password, you will receive an email from mobilitydesigned.com providing a link to a page where you can reset your password.
Click the link and enter a new password.
With your username (your email address) and your new password, visit your Account Page and login to your M+D account.
Now that you have a Mobility+Designed account, Please scroll back to the top and choose “Yes, And I Know My Username And Password” and follow the steps to start the Product Return Process.

Please include your Order Number and the email Address associated with the order.
Mobility+Designed will create an account for you and will assign your existing order to the new account.
Mobility+Designed will send you an email indicating that your new account was made. There will be a “click here” button to set your password for your new account. Click the link in the email and create a password.
With your username (your email address) and your new password, visit the “My Account” page and login with your credentials.
Now that you have a Mobility+Designed account, Please scroll back to the top and choose “Yes, And I Know My Username And Password” and follow the steps to start the Product Return Process.
Email Mobility+Designed customer service at info@mobilitydesigned.com to request a return.
Please include your Order Number and the email Address associated with the order.
If you have an existing account, Mobility+Designed will provide you with the information you need to login and start the return process.
If you do not have an existing account, Mobility+Designed will create an account and associate your order to the account. They will also provide you with the information you need to login and start the return process.
